Spring Style Adventures with Vionic Shoes
This post is in partnership with Vionic Shoes. All opinions are my own.
SPOILER ALERT: I’m nicer when I like my outfit :) If I was feeling a bit in a creative rut a month ago, I’m baaaaack and this outfit might have something to do with it. (All the pink stripes and polka dots are seriously giving me life!) Does the power of a good outfit change your mood or motivate you to venture out and about more? It does for me, and this spring I’m teaming up with Vionic Shoes to show you how style doesn’t have to hurt – not even when you’re a mom on the go just looking for fresh ways to keep up with her boys. (#skateboardingvirgin here) You won’t find me pulling any tricks, but why not try something out of your comfort zone for a change?
Speaking of new adventures, I’m excited about breaking out of hibernation and just doing new things with my kids, making memories (am hoping to make a trip to Cuba happen sometime this year!). If there’s one thing I keep striving for year after year since having kids, it is being present and mindful. Children are only little for so long and right now I’m loving most of it – especially when they want to snuggle, when they ask to buy me flowers from the store, when they make me artwork and cards for no reason, when they say stuff like, “Are your feet old, Momma? Okay, I’m going to give you new feet when I grow up!” (Rowan) and “Are you 52, Momma?” (Max)
vionic shoes are not your average mom shoes
To keep up with my boys, I’m currently loving these Reagan tassled mules from Vionic Shoes – posh classics that are the perfect everyday shoe for chasing toddlers to dinner with the girls. They're cushiony and hug my arch and are perfect for pounding the pavement with my boys. Pretty sure you’ll be seeing me sport them on many adventures this spring! Every pair of Vionic Shoes is designed with trusted orthotic technology built right inside to give you proper alignment from the ground up – so your favorite shoes can still look stylish without sacrificing your comfort.
Because when you look good, you feel good. Pretty please, don’t let “mom shoes” become a thing, okay?
What kind of adventures will you be trying this spring? Drop me a comment below!
